Heal your

Low Self-Esteem

Build a new you: confident, happy and full of life.

Do you often feel “not good enough”?

Perhaps the most common thing all my clients share are thoughts and feelings of not being “good enough”, feeling “less than”, feeling “stupid”, not “measuring up” in some way, not “perfect” enough, or carrying a sense of shame.

Often, we don’t like our bodies, feel critical of what we said or did not say, we worry that others don’t like us or are judging and criticizing us.

People with low self-esteem fear what others think, though they also harshly judge and criticize themselves.

Low self-esteem, or low self-worth can eat away at your confidence until your life is going nowhere and it all becomes a self-defeating loop. People with low self-esteem are afraid to take risks and have a great fear of rejection and failure. We can feel we are not perfect enough. Often this all started by feeling overly judged and criticized as a child by parents, siblings, teachers or coaches. Maybe you were humiliated, ridiculed or berated? Eventually we create an inner voice that puts us down and we no longer believe in ourselves. We get convinced we are not very smart, not good looking, not very capable, not good enough. We carry this story in our heads and it runs and ruins our lives. The good news is, there is a way out. This story can be changed and the past can no longer control us.

What to do about low self-esteem?

I am sure you have been told to just think positively or change the thoughts in your head. Not so easy, right? We need to do more than this. This is where effective process-orientated therapy will make all the difference. I have many years of personal and professional experience resolving low self-esteem, self-image and self-confidence issues. There is nothing more gratifying than helping my clients become free and feel positive about themselves.

I can help you feel more confident

I hope you will schedule a complimentary session with me where I can address what is happening in your life and let you know how we can change your experience. I know it is very possible.

“Dearest Timothy, wishing you and your family all the best for the New 2014 year. I would love to thank you for your help, support and incredible healing and success to help me with my destructive behaviour. What you have achieved with me in such a short period of time, is unbelievable. Yes it is right that you can bring a horse to the water, but you can’t make him drink, so for me it was the first step I have made to contact you with your wonderful personality and your way how to approach people, I knew that I have found the right person to take me to the water.
It has been 6 months and I am still going strong and don’t look back…”
